Cooperate with the project manager to independently or partially complete the design of semiconductor
equipment.
Job description:
1) According to the project requirements, be responsible for the 3D design and release of related documents
of equipment machinery, including but not limited to: overall layout and architecture of equipment; Rack and
door panel design; Optomechanical design, conventional gas system construction, etc.
2) Complete the drawings of the whole machine and parts; Preparation of equipment BOM; Rationalize the
material of components, participate in process discussions and quality tracking.
3) Installation, commissioning, testing of components or modules or systems.
4) Provide production site problem solving, technical guidance, coordination and communication.
Qualifications:
1) Mechanical engineering background, bachelor's degree or above, semiconductor equipment related
experience is preferred;
2) Master the basic knowledge of mechanical system design and processing technology, and be familiar

Job description:
1) Conduct equipment assembly and debugging testing in the company, and participate in processing
technology discussion and quality tracking;
2) Verification and debugging of customer products in the company;
3) After-sales service such as equipment installation and equipment maintenance at the customer's site;
4) Debug the equipment according to customer requirements at the customer site;
5) Other related work arranged by the leader.
Qualifications:
