Job Overview:
Independently or partially complete the assembly and testing of semiconductor equipment in the company, installation and debugging of equipment on the client side, and equipment maintenance work according to project requirements.
job content:
1. Customer product demo, write demo report feedback to customers, and assist sales personnel in completing pre-sales related technical support work;
2. Assist in equipment development for software, algorithms, and systems, test related performance and provide detailed test result reports, provide feedback on testing issues, functional stability, improvement suggestions, etc., and ultimately compile detailed document explanations;
3. Based on the performance test results of the equipment, evaluate the technical specifications and standards related to the equipment, and review the condition of the equipment before leaving the factory;
4. Responsible for on-site equipment fault diagnosis, troubleshooting, and resolution for customers;
5. Responsible for providing technical training to clients and conducting internal technical exchanges, internal training, document writing, etc. within the company.
6. Other related tasks arranged by the leader.
Qualifications for the position:
1. Mechanical and electrical engineering background, college degree or above, 1-2 years of semiconductor equipment related experience;
